The Member Insurance Department will no longer be sending scanned copies of program endorsement letters. National Program Endorsement letters may be viewed or printed by following these three simple steps:
1) Go to www.vfw.org
2) Click on "membership benefits" button on the left
3) Click on "National Endorsements" link on the left
